Dear Ms. Franklin,
I am writing at the suggestion of my mom (Wendy Lee) to apply to be a tutor at The Learning Lab of Green Hills. I recently graduated in the inaugural class of Vermont College of Fine Art’s MFA in Writing & Publishing program. While I was there, I served as a teaching assistant for Master's level courses. I also took pedagogy classes and developed a teaching philosophy and syllabi.
Before I decided to pursue my MFA, I taught high school level English classes at a homeschool tutorial as well as art classes for children five to thirteen years old, and I'm excited for the chance to work with these demographics again. Please see my resumé below. I look forward to hearing from you.
